We cannot stress how hard it is to keep care of yourself during this season.  I love the holidays and I know it’s hard to say no to a party but when it’s crazy busy with work, etc. if you don’t take care of yourself you will end up sick.  I remember overdoing the holidays (running around like a crazy person) years ago and I was sitting at my neighbours home and thought if I don’t go home I am going to be so sick on her carpet.

We're moving October 19!
