Drink lots of water 8-12 glasses per day, eat fruits and veggies, high fiber diet, steamed veggies. Avoid dairy, fried foods, red wine, and spicy food. I know it’s hard but it is a good rule of thumb. If you go off the wagon just do one of our paper masks that soothe irritated skin.
