I read an article from a law firm in the US that the Syndeo Hydrafacial machine has defects. A class action lawsuit has been filed against their company. The machine was causing clogged fluid in the pathway, weakened suction and loud vibrations made it hard for the spas to deliver the high-quality treatments their clients expect. At About Face we prefer to do manual facials for a more relaxing approach and also there are no machines to worry about getting something wrong.
